Quality Objectives
- By implementing the quality management system (QMS) Orion will strive to meet the following criteria:
- Maintain on-time delivery to all customers at 100%
- Maintain customer rejections at a target of zero
- Maintain internal rejections for all production processes at a target of zero
- React to customer complaints within 24 hours of receiving the complaint
- Management meets monthly to review and report on the status of the QMS
Supplier Quality
Our suppliers are required to meet the same stringent standards that we hold ourselves to. Suppliers are required to review and conform to the Quality Requirements and Terms and Conditions in these linked documents.
